Alienware stuttering problem- PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello. I have a major problem. I've been trying to fix it for a while. Every 2 minutes, FPS in games drop to 5-10FPS and then back to normal. It is infuriating!!! I have tried a lot of things. Benchmarking, testing and this is what i have found out. It is not temperature (around 60 degrees Celsius) it is not drivers (i have tried everything). It was really painful. Every game was stuttering. I installed BIOS A12, and in most games stuttering was gone. Also i cleaned the vents, bought the cooling pad so there is no possibility of any temperature interfirence. Fresh windows reinstall has no effect.Now it has returned but only in some games and in some moments. Now after months of trying to figure it out on my own, i ask for help. I posted before, and no one answered me!!! Please help me fix my laptop. I paid a lot of money for it, and i am a student. It took me a year to gather money for this machine so please show me how to fix it. This is my configuration:
