So the problem wasn't in BIOS, but was in Windows 10 instead.
Hyper-V was enabled by default, and I didn't noticed. (Because I never used it..)
So the solution is turning off Hyper-V. You can do that via cmd by this command:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

Yes, it does seem to be supported at the processor level.

What VT package are you trying to run? What is the error you get?
Even if not running a Microsoft VT solution, maybe see what this tool reports:
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
While it might be disabled or unsupported in BIOS ... sometimes these advanced features are just On ALWAYS ... so no reason to have an option to turn it off. I don't have an x51-R2 here to test, but just saying it might be a possible explanation.
Thanks Tesla1856 for fast answer.
As you can see from this image, even MS VT tool can't detect it.
As I said earlier, I'm running the newest version of BIOS. It doesn't make sense to disable it at all tho...
But maybe it's just a BIOS bug? (hopefuly)
