Alpha wont run any games , please help!
I just received my alienware alpha base model but it wont rhn anygames withouy crazy lag. Its really unplayable i cant even start a match or anything on any games. On the main menu of games there is a 3-4 second delay on the mouse curser so i cant even start it l. I used to play spintires on a laptop and it played just fin but it wasnt a gaming laptop so why canf my alpha run any games. Also on the games from the windows store also lag but theyre playable, well kind of. Please help do i need to upgrade the ram? Ive seen videos of the base model running gta 5 just fine so whats my problem? Any help is much appreciated!

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let us know if you receive any errors.
Also update the video driver and the Bios driver from the Dell website here .
Try running a video card stress test. Follow the steps below to do this.
If you do not have Support Assist installed, click here for the download link. Let us know how high the GPU temperature goes in the stress test and the FPS.
