Ambient Sensor problem
Hey, so I was playing Crysis 2 and I started to realize that my GPUs were running hot and my PCI Fan wasn't doing anything. I check the ambient sensors and they have the wrong temperature. I am using MSI afterburner to keep my GPUs cool and every other program I use says my GPUs are running at a higher temperature. The Alien Control is useless because it thinks I have 26 C. How do I fix the sensors to read the right temperature? I am using my Alienware Aurora R3. Thanks

Ya, must be only 2 on R3. I have X-58. But like I said, they don't seem to be used for control.
Yes, that is normal and correct. Nothing goes there now/yet.
If you look close there are several un-used connectors in the machine. Some are for ALX, but most are for future or deleted features.

Thanks for all the advice and help.
And to Alienware, please, please, PLEASE, update command center so that the ambient sensors read the gpu temps. It shouldn't be hard and it would help us out a TON. Thanks.

Clever.
So, if Ambient Temp 2 is PCI, what is Ambient Temp 1 and 3 ? I could get a hair dryer and figure it out myself I guess...
Wonder why they didnt just name them Ambient Temp PCI, Ambient Temp Hard Drive....
