Ambient Sensors and Alienware Command Center (temperature displaying not accurate)

I just recieved my new Alienware R4. The command center thermal readings appeared to work fine the first day. The second day the readings are all out of whack. What I mean is the during  first day each of the three Ambient sensors read somewhere between 22-30C. After the first day the readings looked weird so I rebooted and they were fine for 15 minutes. Now even when I reboot the machine (Hard or soft) the readings are generally 0C on Ambient sensor 1 and 2, on ambient sensor three the reading is either 22C or 65C. Never anything but 22 or 65.

I doubt this is a real heat problem because the fans are not speeding up. They do speed up when I actually use intensive programs/games but none of the temperature sensors show any change.

During the time I have taken to  write this ambient sensor 3 has switched from 22 to 65C three or four times... And now ambient sensor 1 showed 65C for 1 second and then went back to its normal 0C display. Ambient sensor 2 has stayed at 0C.

Is this something I need to worry about? Is this something I should complain about - is there a fix? I would like to have the software reading the temperatures right so I can really know if there is a problem.

Edit#1 Played RIFT for an hour and the CPU temp was at 69C according to CPUIDHWmonitor. Alienware thermal controls showing 33C. The fans do go up as the heat goes up so not too concerned there.

I installed CPUID HWMonitor. The temperatures displayed by alienware's thermal control program are no where near what it says.

HWmonitor generally shows the tempatures at around 60C, with the max value getting up to 73 while I was playing skyrim.

I do have the ALX style case and the premium cooling option.

1. Are these tempatures OK?

2. Is there anything I can do to make alienware's thermal control work?
