Step #1 Call support and get a manager on the phone... do not get frustrated as this may take some time.
Step #2 Tell the manager you would like him to review all of your case files because you have had everything in your system replaced multiple times and the problem has not been resolved.
The manager should review all your case files and see that you have had all your hardware replaced multiple times and should offer you a replacement system or your money back.
Thank you this has been my next course of action although when refund was offered yesterday my call was dropped and when i tried calling back the system was down for 3 hours, i called back and it was still down. Called again around the same time today and the system still was down.... :(
