1- Go to the Control Panel, look for the Alienware Command Center application and uninstall it.
2- Turn the system off
3- The perform a power drain. Unplug system from the power and hold the power button for around a minute.
4- Then download the Alienware Command Center here and Install it. Make sure you choose your OS accordingly and look for the software on the Applications Tab. Restart one more time.

That doesn'work i tried and it says that command center 3.6 is not compatible with my version.
