Aurora-R4, need Bios A05?

Question

i bought my cousins old aurora r4 i think last week  after updateing all the drivers and updating windows 10 i started to get a bluescreen whenever some games would launch after looking up the problems i noticed that the problem was my bios but when i go and try to update them through dell it is saying to update i nneed to get a05 im currently running on a03 and cannot update to a11 any help or knowledge to get to a05 atleast so i can run the update from that to  a11 would be appreciated

You should not jump from Bios A05 to A11.

* You need to install each bios in order
* Disconnect all peripherals from the desktop except for monitor, mouse, and keyboard
* Close all unnecessary application
* You must allow the bios itself to restart the computer. Do NOT force a restart manually. This will break the motherboard
