Aurora R5 BSOD & SSD Error Code

Question

Over the past weekend I was receiving multiple BSOD after a few minutes in windows. I ran the PSA diagnostic and received 2 error codes regarding my SSD. Both were Error code 2000-0151 Validation Codes: 124779 124561 It seems the online error code lookup isn't currently funtioning.  I think it's either down to a bad driver (I've had issues with IRST in the past) or a hardware failure but I cannot confirm either way.
