If it matches all specs, it should work. They should go on 1-3 or 2-4. Not on 1-2 or 3-4.

So it should be paired with the stick that's already in my pc then right? But I heard that different manufacturer's ram can cause problems.

It is always better to use same brand - same specs. Different brands may either work or not.
