I've had this issue for months. I get no response to the issue. I am in the market for a new gaming rig and I was going to get my 3rd alienware laptop (I like the new graphics adapter) but considering this major issue has been on the whole ignored I am now looking into the Asus Rog lineup.

I just cant understand how dell/alienware would allow a faulty video card issue go unresolved like this. sold me a defective part and that happens no big deal but to just ignore the issue and not offer a recall or at least a discount to customers looking to upgrade out of this POS isn't excusable.

They did make me an offer. They wanted to extend my warranty so they could replace my Gpu for the same model for free.

Warranty extension cost MORE than an upgraded gtx780m. Ridiculous!

I've had this problem for a long time, and I've posted here time and again with no reply from anyone at Dell. Simply put it seems to be a dead subject aka they are ignoring it and the people with the problem quite literally.

Extremely disappointing.

Ok guys i did something and it works for me, i downloaded the GEFORCE KIT, with this software you are able to over or under clock your GPU, so i under clock kit from 620 to 540 ( not sure of the number right now) but i can confirm, and i was able to play without having the BSOD.

I was playing DOTA 2 and felt some issues like lag, but right now not sure if was related to the internet speed because my brother was playing online too, or to the under clocking i did on the GPU, i will confirm today, but you can try guys and maybe works for you too.

Please feedback from your side.
