Back-light not turning on.
The back-light on my 15X that I got for Christmas wont turn on on my keyboard. I've tried restarting, turning off and on, turned on dim lighting zones and uninstalling and reinstalling AWCC. Please help!

Hi,
First, follow the instructions on the Video: Test your system lights using the AlienFX Tester. If the keyboard lights up then, uninstall and reinstall the command center following ALL the steps on the section "How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center".
