CPU/GPU issue
So I installed a new CPU (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz) And now my GPU (GTX 780 Ti not superclocked,) heats up very fast. All of my drivers are updated. Could it be a PSU issue? My PC is an Aurora R4 btw.

The issue has been resolved. All I did was downgrade to the vanilla non ti 780. And now it works fine regardless of the stress I put on it. Thanks for everyone for their help!

Did you put new thermal paste when you installed the new processor? As well clean all the fans and make sure all of them are working properly.
Which is the temperature the GPU is reaching with the new processor and with the original one?

I did all that. The gpu temp is at 38 now. But I know it was lower than that before the big change. Plus I got 32 gigs of ram now.

38C is normal and doesn't indicate that there's an overheating or power issue.
You should also check the temperatures during stress (running benchmarks, demanding games or applications) and monitor for any kind of performance issues.
