Hi Athavan.Athi,
Uninstall and reinstall the Catalyst Control Center and Video drivers.
Uninstall: http://bit.ly/xQ6nlJ
Remove all AMD software using the AMD Catalyst Install Manager (CIM) through Programs and Features located in the Windows Control Panel.
Restart the system when prompted.
Use the third party cleaning software to remove any remaining AMD graphics driver entries.
Restart the system when prompted.
Reinstall the AMD Catalyst software suite from Dell Support site:
Enter the service tag when promted.
Under Category" Video" Select the Video card drivers accordingly and install the drivers which would also install Catalyst control centre.
If you still need my help in finding out the correct drivers, Kindly private message me the service tag. To private message, click my User name and Click "Start converstaion".
Please reply if you have any further questions.

Hi Athavan.Athi,
Try adding GTA and check if the issue persists.
Check if you are adding every game using the catalyst control center in a right way.
Find the below steps for ATI Switchable Graphics:

Hello Everyone!
I have came up with a new and permanent fix for this problem. It's very simple, and you don't even need to reboot your personal computer. Please follow the following steps;
1- Locate the ATI folder in the following location:
C:\Users\(User Profile Folder)\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE
2- Open ACE folder.
3- Delete the ''Profile'' file. Then open CCC and check weather the problem has solved.
4- If not, Open the ''APL'' folder within the ''ACE'' folder.
5- Delete the ''User.blb'' file. This time, the problem is solved for sure.
This fix has been tested on Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 successfully.
Amazing Eli
