Continued issue 'Illumination Problem with my M17XR1' and contact issues.
Hi, I've been posting and receiving responses, identified as being from Alienware-Naomi.
Its great to get responses from posts, but I've not been able to maintain the threads on each occasion, because the route account is not contactable so, I have now definitive email address to forward my replies onto.
Issue Review: No keyboard illumination.
Last advice included a list of driver upgrade's downloads for me to add to my machine.
(In an effort to overcome many issues with the machine I had replaced MS Vista with MS 7 and therefore was advised to replace / add Alienware system drivers to provide a platform for correcting my illumination issue).
On attempting to install the first driver = BIOS, a message appeared telling me that the BIOS was for a 64 bit machine, but my machine is 32 bit, (so no success at the first stage of trying to make progress).
If Alienware-Naomi can help that's brilliant, but id any other helpful souls out there might like to pitch in then that's great too!
Thank you ahead of any help you can provide.

Hi!
Unfortunately, we don't offer driver support for 32-bit Windows because all of the Alienware models work with 64-bit software. Therefore, none of the drivers, BIOS and Alienware applications on the Support website (including the Command Center that controls the AlienFX lights) will work for this Operating System.
At this point I would recommend to either revert back to Windows Vista 64-bit or adquire a Windows 7 64-bit license so you can install all the proper software and regain control of the AlienFX lights.
