Dead pixel m14r2
Purchased a refurb m14r2 which I received about two weeks ago. It has a dead pixel. is there a phone number I can call to get it fixed? Thanks

Hi zagggg,
Unfortunately, dead pixels cannot be fixed. Reason is, that they are a part of LCD / Screen.
Also dead pixels are of two types, Bright (white in color) and Dark (black in color). So how many dead pixels do you have on the screen? Also how many among them are Bright or Dark? Also do they look like a patch?
Please answer to the questions above and if possible also attach a picture of the screenshot where the dead pixel are, for our better understanding. Follow the steps below on how to attach the picture here:
1. Click on rich formatting
2. Then click on insert image icon
3. Then choose your picture by clicking on browse and once its uploaded click insert
