Defective Power Adapter - LED Light Plastic Broke When Plugging In?

Dell Mod Staff,

I recently went to plug in my power cord adapter into my laptop, and the blue led light/plastic "housing" part fractured/cracked. No more cool blue LED light. How do I get this component replaced/fixed? I've attached a picture for reference.
