Dell change their status process? Made it worse
Only says Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered. Where did in production go? My last order went perfect and was delivered after 5 days of order, this desktop 5 days in and still not shipped yet delivery says 1/6-1/11 - we are passed 1/6 now so I wish I knew what the status was without having call them everytime.

no idea that it changed but i know a few of my orders actually said in production for a few days AFTER i actually received it before it said shipped.. so it was slow to update, but all i did when it didn't say shipped on date it said it would was online chat.. verified who i was.. got tracking number
