Disabling AlienRespawn, Process "Dell Backup and Recovery Toaster" loads HDD on 30-40MB/s of data stream during startup

Good afternoon!

Could you please say is it possible to fully disable process "Dell Backup and Recovery Toaster", as on system startup it starts automatically load HDD on 30-40MB/s of data stream, which causes overall load of disk on 50%. As I use Seagate Dashboard for backups I believe I do not need AlienRespawn as I not using it's function. Is process "Dell Backup and Recovery Toaster" connected with AlienRespawn or it is an independent process? Is there any way to safely disable process "Dell Backup and Recovery Toaster" with out removing the AlienRespawn. Could you please recommend is it overall safe to disable process "Dell Backup and Recovery Toaster" will it not cause loose of data or corruption of disk partitions? If yes, how is it possible to disable this process? Thank you in advance for reply!
