I have the M14xR1 with the SoundBlaster Xi Software installed that gives the option for 5.1 Surround Sound. I disabled all Realtek options in Control Panel | Realtek HD Audio Manager and selected the SoundBlaster Software for all Sound options. But now, two Realtek audio programs load and when opening Task Manager | Processes, I see that the two programs are each taking up to 13% of the CPU total 36%. I always have to 'End Process' for the two Realtek programs, and then all is well. Anyone have a clue? Im fresh out of them. Thanks

If you going to buy the speakers then yes they might work, but the Alienware M14X by itself will not able to reproduce 5.1 surround sound.
