I apologize for the inconvenience, that file should be up and running next week, after the windows 8 release. If you still have issues with it next week, please let me know.
@ Natalia: Thanks for the quick response. Will check back next week.
@ Chris: I tried both single download and Download Manager and could not download it at all. This is the error message: "Sorry, the requested file could not be downloaded.". Perhaps, you can email the file to me? I'd really appreciate it. my email is . Thanks.
Chris, the link requires a user id and password and I don't have an account with suddenlink unfortunately. Is there an alternative way I can get the file? Thanks a million.
@Pablo: I tried again but it still gave me the error message. But its ok. I downloaded the file from Chris. Thanks for the help though =)
@ Chris: Thank you so much! Yea I used the same link that you provided but this time, it didn't prompt me to log in. I have downloaded the file. Thanks again for your help! =D
You can do a cheeky trick with the URL query string:
When you click the download link of a specific file (single download) it will generate a URL with a lot of query strings. At the end of the URL will be:
&isUSDownload=false
You need to change the value to true and resubmit the page. With this change in place THEN click the continue button to download, it should work.
You can repeat this for the drivers you need. I noticed this problem for XPS 15z drivers, all would fail with the same error. Interestingly the Alienware M17x R4 drivers downloaded without doing the above.
No problem glad it worked, share it around the forums, it seems to be a working solution. I'd hate for people to be stuck thinking the drivers for Windows 8 aren't downloadable when they are just with a bit of trick with the URL request.

None of the Windows 8 drivers are available for download at all still. Getting a file not found on everything.
