Drivers are interfering with Windows resuming from sleep mode?

I had an issue earlier, I was wondering why the Intel Rapid Storage kept getting a yellow exclamation point, until I clicked the icon in the task bar which then Id get a green check...I was asked to check in Advanced Tools. Control Panel>System>Performance Information and Tools>Advanced Tools.  WELL, I get this yellow exclamation point, and a "Drivers are interfering with Windows resuming from sleep mode"? I do not recall putting it in sleep mode period, anyone know how to fix this? Driver details state its working properly....
