EVERYTHING is NOT RUNNING in my laptop..
I just got my Alienware laptop....I have MACAfee in my laptop....one day an anti virus scan pop out when i am playing my online games...and when i click scan it suddenly ask me to pay for it... i remember my agent told me i have 15 months MACAfee for my new laptop....
now the anti virus keep on pop out from my laptop... i am so annoy about the pop out and i dunno wad can i do...
because of the anti virus thing... that makes my Alienware FX is NOT WORKING... how am i gonna fix this problem????
Another problem for my Alienware is when i was watching movie or typing my work or even playing online games... my laptop will suddenly hang and everything gone black... but i still can hear the music going around... wad happen to my laptop...?? it will even go to BLUE SCREEN when i jz on my hotmail...
Can anyone explain wad happen to my laptop? or tell me wad can i do?? please...

What was the 'antivirus scan pop up'?
There's something going around (especially when you are watching movies online). I called Dell, and she said this company has hacked into the ads on the sites. It makes it so that it looks as though your computer has been infected and their particular software can remove it. This is not the case. They have actually faked it so that it LOOKS as though it's infected, however the only thing that infected your computer was THEM. That's the only thing I can think of.
Just thought Id let you know.
When it infected my old laptop (the other day), it wouldn't even let me hit ctrl alt delete, or msconfig. It took over EVERYTHING!
Hopefully that hasnt happened to yours. It was a pain to get rid of.

hmm the anti virus pop up is "my security shield".. is tat coming with the MACAfee anti virus...????
I am watching movies with PP Stream... so do you mean tat i hav to uninstall this file along with the anti virus (my security shield)?? every time when i jz on my laptop for more than 2 hours.. my laptop will gone black and i can only hear the music but can't see any pictures><

Remove Mcafee..thats right,delete it. Then go download Microsoft Security Essentials. Why mess with anything else? It's 100% free, just as good and guess what? it is made by the same people that made your OS..win/win.
The Windows 7 firewall is a REAL firewall and WSE kicks butt. It is all you ever need. Mcafee my not like it but their days are numbered.
The first thing i do when i get a new system,before i even turn it on is I get the windows CD and reinstall. I start freash. You can uninstall Mcafee but it will not remove everything...keep that in mind.
