Error code 2000-0332

Question

Hi, have error code described as video memory test discrepancy. Looked through forums and updated BIOS and still same error. Are there any other checks I can do but if not anyone know where I could replace the video cards? (AMD Radeon HD 7970M) Cheers.

Hi,  Try reinstalling both the Intel and AMD drivers. Then run the ePSA/Diagnostics test again to confirm if the same error code comes up.

Tried to update Intel driver, error log attached. Updated AMD drivers but doesn't boot - so disabled to get into PC in safe mode. Ran diagnostic test but fails when run in thorough mode with same error code with different validation number this time. Didn't work I'm afraid unless I did it wrong.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it appears you're having a hardware issue, you could try to reseat (remove and install again) the video card to see if it continues to give the same error. If it does, we recommend replacing the video card.
