FN F9 in Alienware M17 xR4 does not activate camera
I press on FN/F9 but the camera does not start. The camera IS working because I can start it from any of the camera programs in Windows 8.1 like Camera or Dell WebCam Central. Imaging Devices in Device Manager in showing two devices, one working another not: Integrated Webcam is working. Unknown Device: not working.

Note: BIOS is already updated to latest A13

It should be in control panel, uninstall a program, if you don’t find it then just go ahead download the driver and install it.

Try to uninstall the on screen display driver (OSD) from the control panel and reinstall it again, you can download it form the Dell support website.

Sorry but where in the Control Panel do I find the OSD? Under what name? Display? OSD? Or is it one of the 2 devices I show on the screencast that is giving an error?
