To better assist you, please confirm what is the model name and revision for your Alienware system. Does the BSOD only happen when you are playing games or not necessarily?
Thank you for confirming that information. Try using the latest driver from the Nvidia website and do a clean installation of the driver. Click here for the download link. Also, make sure your system is running the latest Bios firmware. Click here for the Bios download link. Let us know how it goes.
Considering the troubleshooting procedures that you have already done, it does appear to be a video card hardware failure. However, we did not validate the Nvidia GTX 970 as a graphics card upgrade option for the Alienware Aurora R4 system, so we cannot confirm if its suppose to run properly with the system.
The problem is these problems were already present with Windows 7 and my gtx 780 Ti,it appeared at april when i began to play GTA 5 PC,before,it was good...
This appears to be a hardware problem with the video card. The fact that you receive the display driver error and the low FPS in games point to a video card failure. We recommend replacing the video card.
I suppose its possible. Try running a CPU stress test using the Support Assist tool to check how high the CPU temperature goes. If you do not have Support Assist installed in your computer, click here for the download link. Follow the steps below to run the stress test.
Download and install Dell Support Assist
Open Dell Support Assist
Click Checkup
Click Scan a Specific Device
Click System Devices
Select the CPU Stress Test and Run it. This Test will load the CPU and Ram to 100% and test it. It will make enough heat to determine if the processor is overheating or not.
Unfortunately, that is not a valid link. It looks like the location of a local file in your computer. You can try attaching the file in the post so we will be able to see it or take a screenshot of the results and paste it on your reply post.

Do you think it's possible my processor is overheating??
Alienware Arena told me gtx 970 is completely compatible with my pc.
I had the same with my 780 ti and that's for this reason i have changed graphic card.
