Hello;

My desktop Alienware arrived with Windows 7 Home. Later, a year ago, I updated to Windows 10 through prompted Windows web site.

Currently, I am having issues with my computer. What is the best way to reset it back to factory installed state with windows 7.  I have 2 original CDs: One of them is Alienware Windows 7, the other one is named Alienware Resource DVD, How should I proceed?
