GT Overclock settings in Aurora R3 bios.

GT Overclock settings in my Aurora R3's bios. The values go from 18 to 30. What does it mean? And do they relate to my graphic cards? I'm using two GTS 450's in SLI mode. Any help would be appreciate, I somehow cant find any answers about what these settings do in the bios anywhere online.

Could it be the turbo mode for the CPU? 18-30 kinda sounds like CPU multipliers.

I think is the memory access in Giga Transaction per second. The Dell server based on Nehalem will display 4.8 GT per second, 5.2 or 6.4 depending of the processor or memory config during the post. One of the big difference between a core I3, I5 or i7 besides the number of active core/thread is the memory speed. My home build system based on a P7P55LX  and a core I3 is at 10 GB/sec but my Aurora R3 with I2600K bench at 28 GB/sec.
