Getting to hot?

So I recently have been getting Kernal Power errors for the last few nights and I took a snap shot of my temps. I've been told several times by friends that 60c when not gaming and doing idle things like talking on teamspeak, skype and browsing the web is to high. However even when doing nothing at all and letting the computer sit it still runs at the same temp.

The programs used is speed fan and Real Temp and Real Temp GT. 

Is this unusual and should I contact to get this repaired? I am still under warranty.
