Help: Keyboard Problems

Question

I have the Alienware M14x R2 and when im typing it will all the sudden move the cursor into the middle of something already typed and start typing into it. It happens on occasion. sometimes more frequently than others. its quite annoying sometimes and i'm wondering if this is a faulty keyboard is there someway to fix that? i feel like i might be typing to fast and hitting something. Please help. Also the spacebar is squeaky and i dont know how to fix that either

I would recommend you to adjust the sensibility of the alien touch through the command center. About the squeaky spacebar, send us an e-mail to awsocialmedia@dell.com please include the service tag, phone number and brief description of the issue.
