Help, how to change graphic card
My laptop at least has random black screen per day despite I run games or write paper. It drives me crazy. I think there is some problem with AMD 6970 graphic cards. I have tried all versions of drivers provided by dell (alienware M17x R3), no use!!! I think I have to change the graphic card. Is it possible to change it via dell support?

Hi,
As a troubleshooting option, can you confirm which BIOS version the system has? Also, please try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test, and let me know if you receive any errors.
