Hotkeys/Fn keys do not work

I've been having trouble with a new (2 or so week old) Alienware 14 64-bit running Windows 7. Unfortunately, none of the fn/hotkeys have worked since purchase, and I am unable to use them either for system functions or for volume control, wireless control, etc. I am even unable to use print screen. I have tried reinstalling BIOS, but that hasn't done anything to help me. Delete/insert does work somehow, if that sheds any light on the situation.
