Yes I get how you redeem it. I have not been given the code from Alienware to do so. They said it was coming 3/30 and still nothing, no email or regular mail.

I did that and they said it comes from the box that video card came in. They said that you guys (Dell) provide that.

So, at this point you'll need to contact Nvidia.
