I can't disable touchpad delay. I have already tried the windows option but it is not there. Also I tried disabling palm checking and that did not help as well. I have a alienware 15 r2
Well I use a program called Aster (it is a program so you can make 2 pc's of 1 to play games with multiple people) when I use it it requires to have it turned off or it will happen to the external mouses as well. So when I play games with 2 people it is very annoying.

I reistalled the driver. I can move the mouse while typing but I can't click the left mouse button while typing. How can I fix that?

Not sure why you would even want to do that.
Maybe disable "gestures" ?
You might have to use an external USB or wireless mouse.
