How do I get a refund for my Alienware?

Question

So I saw the things for support and I saw that you had to get an Order Number and a Customer number I think they were, And I bought my alienware from a local store which only gave me a receipt saying how much it was, and all that other stuff. Would it still be possible for me to get a refund?

I’m not really understanding your question. If you bought the system from a retail store and you want to return it, I recommend you check with the store so they can confirm if that is possible. It depends on the store's return policies.
