I updated my bios from A04 to A08 and computer froze up .

Hi,
If you haven't done anything since the freezing, then restart the computer to see if the system will boot into Windows; but if the system is not posting, then the motherboard must be replaced.

If it is freezing in Windows it's just the BIOS - Go into your BIOS and manually set it to 2133. A08 will not let you run your RAM faster than 2133 Mhz.
