You have two options, you can either restore back to Windows vista (either by the locally installed back-up or by the alienware restore CD/DVD) or you can manually put the settings back to what they were.
For the alienware exclusive software, this can be downloaded from the dell support site, which has the command center, On Screen Display and other drivers.
As for the alienware backgrounds avatars and the like... They should be on your source CD that came with the laptop. If not, try contacting customer support to see if they can make those available for download.
