I’m not able to check the files on that link you posted, so maybe can you provide us the BSOD code and the cause by driver, you can gather the information with a program called Bluescrenview.

Sorry about that, Windows 8 is my first time using it and OneDrive is slightly weird for me. It crashed on me writing this so sorry if it went it twice.

Also, please note: I have run all diagnostics through AlienAutotopsy, The Alienware RAM/Graphics/etc stress-test on failure bootings, AND used Glary Ultilities 2015 to check my registry, hdd, ssd, etc. None of the tests show any errors. Other then the obvious empty Registry Entries.

  • CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x000000ef

  • KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x0000007a

Just for reference, i will CP the whole contents below, incase i screwed up the code.

A few more crashes now, i couldn't get a Dump of my one prior to this srv.sys since when it crashed.. i guess it deleted it. The other one was "SpacePort.sys" and was also a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR.

I will recommend you to perform a clean boot just to check if there are not programs interfering with windows and that are causing the blue screens, if issue persists with the clean boot then it can be that windows has corrupted files and in that case it will be better to perform an Alienrespawn or a clean installation of windows.

Did what you said, and it still crashed. I'm going to reformat my HDD and SDD again and Re-install my Windows 7 i have from my old PC. I'm giving up on Windows 8.1, as i think thats the problem.

How do I return a PC? There is clearly something wrong this one. Something is not functioning properly. I havent been able to use my pc in almost 2 weeks. Every BSOd I fix, another shows. Half th time it does not boot properly, it crashes 3x before it boots up properly, different errors all the time. The USB 3.0 dont work in the front and the cd tray doesnt eject.

I really want to be able to use my PC, and im sure Dell/Alienware can figure out whats wrong.

First you need to install the original operating system that came with the system, remember to format the hold hard drive so you can remove all the corrupted files.

Then on regards to the 3.0 ports and the optical drive have you install all the drivers?

It is fixed now. Took my computer to a local computer techie whom i always use, and he had to replace a 4GB stick of RAM, that was faulty. Now i have no errors. Went from 8GB to 12GB RAM. Also, I could not install my Windows 8 that came with my PC as the partition (i assume, titled Recovery and other OEM) were both faulty and i never received a Disc for it. Luckily my techie just gave me a Windows 8 for free. The Disc Tray is fixed now, along with my USB Ports after the fix.

What should i do with the RAM sticks? Send them back to Dell? Or?

Still confused on how RAM passed all tests, but with just 1 test from the tech, showed it was faulty.

Yes it’s weird that they were damage the test was not able to recognize it, on regards to the memories if you purchased the new ones then no you don't have to return the other ones to Dell.

Well I guess its not fixed... just started getting constant BSODs. The BSOD shows the still prominent "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" and the others are too fast to read, but those happen on restart, when booting to Windows. And of couse, in a 3 in a row fashion, before finally letting my PC diagnose itself saying its "okay" when its clearly not. There are no dump files created, so i can't show you anything on the crashes.

I'm getting sort of fed up at this point :(

After toying around, and everything else. I have noticed one thing, I can leave my computer on (After i fixed the RAM) idling forever, it will not crash. I can play SMITE for 2 hours, it won't crash. I play Wasteland 2 for more than 40min, it crashes, and boots, and crashes, and boots, and crashes, till it finally takes me to "Recovery" i click restart, i get the hard-drive is not in the hot-seat, and then i turn off my PC, let it stay powered off for ~45seconds, turn it back on and it boots normally in ~5seconds.

If i run a game (example: Wasteland 2) and let is just idle (not playing it, just leaving it running) my PC will just crash and give me the error code on BSOD: 0xc000021a.

EDIT: The BSODs happen regardless of whats running. Now the BSODs aren't even readible. The screen is blue and has a static appearence, making it unreadable. Think of Screen-Tearing, but with pixels instead of actual screen tearing.

Here is another DUMP, this time, it is from "Critical Process Died". This occurred when i did a Clean Boot (via Microsoft's Website). I haven't gotten this since i fixed my RAM issue.

Here is a collection of dump files from the various dumps i have gotten.

I'm starting to think it might be that my SSD is faulty in my new X51, if so, how do i go about using my Warranty and getting a new one?

Could you please tell what are the temperature of both video card and processor when the system is idle and when you play?

GPU-Z says:

Wasteland 2 running: 44.0C
Idle: 36.0C

Real Temp (CPU) says:

Wasteland 2 running: Avg. of 50.0C
Idle: Avg of 45.0C
