Lightbleed + cpu overheating

So as the title states I'm having the common issue. I noticed the cpu getting to 100c while playing over watch. After this I saw somewhere that people were having luck getting it to drop by turning on performance mode in the bios. When I did, it seemed to almost brick the system only to give me a alienware power button post code of 2 red blips and a blue blip. I was told by support it was a cpu issue. I also complained about the back light having significant bleed. I shipped it back and when I got it back, the slip didnt even mention the cpu getting fixed and said they completely replaced the screen. I started it up and right off the bat I notice the almost exactly same bleed pattern. I then after it started up took a look at my temps. Cores atleast 15c apart and hovering 50c give or take a few degrees. I start up gta 5 and run a benchmark. When done I look at the temps.

Core 1 hit 103 core 2 was at 89 core 3 hit 102 and core 4 was around 85.

Am I just freaking out and being picky or is this just unacceptable for the amount of money spent on a premium product.

My last laptop was a m17x and it never seemed to hit those temps. My gf's m14x r2 I bought her doesn't even get that hot either. And this is supposed to be after years of r&d
