Lighting Problems in upgraded desktop

I have an Aurora 7500-R4, which was purchased over 10 years ago prolly, and is no longer listed on this site, or under things I purchased. I used to be able to go to the page with the list of things I purchased (a desktop and laptop), and it had a list of all the stuff on it, and I could download drivers etc. as needed. The order number or account number no longer works to get support on here apparently, (try if you want.....PC-550831A or agent account 449357) and I'm not sure how to get ahold of them without it, since they don't give you that option.  I tried calling one number where I actually got through, and they were all confused because my number isn't in their system anymore. And kept sending me to other people, and eventually hanging up.  Apparently they can't just look up the Aurora 7500-R4 model and tell me what was on it, or what I need to make it work again, which seems rediculous to me!! It was getting old, so I upgraded it with everything new.  Ive done this before, and could just go to the site to get the driver etc. and make it work again. Apparently I can't do that anymore. So I need to get the lighting working again.  How do I do that???  It's all plugged in properly, but I don't see any lights.  It's probably just a driver, although I do originally remember a program to change the different lights to other colors too.  Please tell me there is a way to fix this!!!  Thanks!!

Since this is a legacy system it is a little bit complicated to find drivers at least you have the My Hive account.

You can try asking on a user’s forum like Notebook review, they have a legacy forum.

The original owners of Alienware sold to Dell, and a few started a new pc company called OriginPC, I believe I heard a long time if you go to their website or email/call them they can help w/'drivers & software', worth a shot, best of luck, that's the info I have
