M11x r3 - Post Clean Install Command Center Issues

I saw this posted a few places, but all of them were non-specific, people just whining, or people just saying to update drivers. I decided to start a new post because I will be specific, I am not whining, and I have updated all drivers.
I just got a new M11x r3 and ran a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I ran all updates (including .NET framework 4) and installed all drivers to (the best of my knowledge) the newest versions. I have no errors or warnings in device manager.
I have the following problems with Command Center (newest version: A07):
-.NET error pasted below
-AlienFX also provides an error (didn't copy and paste)
-AlienFX does not run at all (I do have keyboard lights that stay on always as white)
-The command center keyboard functions (UFO and ALIEN FX buttons) do nothing
-When inside of Command Center, I can use the three other applications, but clicking on Alien FX does nothing

Based on the error below, I would guess I am having a problem with my .NET script (I have seen plenty of pointer / reference exceptions in my day and most of them mean a dependency is not installed). Since I am pretty sure I have everything I should have installed, I would appreciate any guidance (maybe someone knows the package I'm missing). Or maybe there's something else wrong that I need help with. Anyways, any help will be appreciated.

.NET error:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

I have exactly the same problem. Were you able to solve it?

Thanks.

Nope.  I reloaded a backup that I'd made before starting the install.  This is the second laptop I've had this year that apparently no one tested a clean install on before going into full production (the other one is a Lenovo and had major issues).

Two months later and the only response is someone else with the same problem.  I think this is a pretty bad forum (especially since it apparently cut off half of what I'd typed in the original post).  I have two posts on here that no one ever responded to.

I had the same issue and solved it this way...instead of using your service tag to find driver and apps...look at the serial number tag on the bottom and find out if it's a m11x r1, r2, or r3...then look for your laptop with the other option where you choose which one you have, again not using your service tag. I upgraded my BIOS and downloaded the command center and now it works like new.   Using the service tag it was directing me to all the downloads for an M11x R1, mine is an R3.

You are correct, it worked! However I don't think it is related to the version of the drivers. I just downloaded the correct Command Center Software NOT USING THE SERVICE TAG, but searching for the right executable for my hardware, which is the  M11x-R3. In this case, the name of the file to download from DELL homepage is "Alienware_Command-Center-Not_A00_R296137.exe". After installing, it took sometime for the software to recognize the hardware and it was a little bit buggy in the beginning. Waited for some minutes and it worked just fine.

Sorry about my English skills... I'm from Brazil.

It was by chance, I did some searching while I was trying to upgrade my BIOS, I put in my service tag, downloaded the app and it kept giving me an error, Block Signature Not Found; error-100.  Something like that.  After much searching, I found a reply, it said "The 05ver is for R1 models..."  Using my service tag, it only gave me the option to download the BIOS for an R1, I got the right BIOS, downloaded CC and voila!  I was worried, I've read posts that said they have never been able to fix their CC, this sucker cost me some dough.
