M14XR2 Screen in M14XR1

Hi Guys,

Recently i had a problem with my Alienware M14XR1 display. So i called dell and they changed it.
After this change i start getting new problems -

1. Extra whiteness blurring the text and text is little distorted.

2  Videos are not pleasing as they were before.

3. Gaming exprience is not good either response time is very high (Ghosting) even at 60fps feel like game is stucking).

Then i search for the display in intel graphics driver manager and found out the display is

LG-Philips panel (LP140WD2)

So My Question is that whether this is the issue that they have put M14XR2 screen in R1, thats why i am getting all these problems or it is something else.
Also we all know that both R1 and R2 have different chipset HM67 and HM77 respectively. I don't know whether it matter for display or not.
But Please Help :-(

I already talked with Dell service center they are saying it is not the problem, they have three vendors AOC, LG and Samsung they can put any screen in any version (Doesn't make any sense to me).
So they are not going to replace it.

Thanks and Regards

* Just to add to this conversation, Dell parts replacement are based on our Dell 5 digit part numbers, not the OEM vendor.
