M14XR2 problem
My Alienware M14XR2 keeps losing its left and right buttons on the edge of the touch pad.
I've run the Dell diagnostics and found nothing. Looking for ideas??

Hi!
Do you mean that the touch-pad buttons are not responding? If so, have you checked the Synaptics Touch-pad settings in the Device Manager to make sure they're not disabled?

Yes, Synaptic settings look good.
Reset Synaptic settings to default. Buttons still no workie....
Plugged in a USB mouse and after it loaded a driver the USB mouse buttons work just fine.
So do I have a Synaptic problem or hardware problem??
