M14x-R2 7 Beep code

hi 

my name is Tianfang LU, I brought my alienware m14xr2 in China and currently I am studying in the US. Since last month, my machine stopped working. it has seven beeps when i tried to start it. Because I brought it in China, so the telephone guy told me to transfer the warranty to the US, but the thing is that I didn't buy the machine from the alienware website but from a retailer. I do not know what information they input when they registered the machine so I can not transfer the warranty to US.  But what I am sure is that my machine's warranty is until 2015, it is not expired. And I have a seris of pictures of me opening the box when I first purchased the machine, just to prove that the machine is actually mine, not some stolen ones. Could you please just send some tech guy to my place and fix it. It has been a month already and I'm really upset and frustrated.

you don't understand, I didn't buy it from the alienware website, I brought it from a retailer store in China, I tried to contact them, making inquires about the information they filled when they registered the machine. And they are not sure about the informations themselves, and it's really hard to get in contact with them since I'm in the US, because of the time differences, I have to wait 12 hours for them to reply my messages....... It's been a month already and I'm really frustrated.. I have sufficient evidence that this machine is actually mine, I had pics of me opening the boxes when first got it.......

Hi Tianfang Lu,

7 beeps indicate CPU Cache Test Failure and we need to replace CPU.

You need to fill the Ownership form to change the Ownership.

***NOTE: When you fill up the form ensure you enter your details in order.

This would take atleast of 10 business days to get the ownership transferred.

Once the ownership transfer is done, we can replace the parts under warranty.

One form must be submitted for each Service Tag to be transferred. Transfers can be performed for products that have Service Tags.
