M14x-R2 Freeze for 18 months - I give up.....

Since the day my M14xR2 arrived (about 18 months ago) its been freezing (totally unresponsive - so must hold down power button) -and- getting BSOD with error 000DeadDead (basically no error code). I've been on the phone with Tech Support almost once a week for months since day one - and now its out of warranty. I've had the motherboard, hard-drive, graphics, and SD replaced. NOTHING HAS WORKED. I'm consistently updating drivers and apps from Dell Support, and I've got almost no programs installed (Steam with 3 games, MS Office...). I am embarrassed by this machine. Like others I've read here - I decided to splurge on Alienware and spend the money to get a good, high-end laptop (mine was over $2K). To say I'm disappointed with Dell in an understatement. I'm posting in this forum as a last resort before I throw this brick into the river..... Has anyone, anywhere figured out this problem?
