M15x command center issues

Ok, for 3 years I have lived with my laptop being stuck on the desk to keep it cool enough to operate.  I have it parked on top of a USB dual fan base. My command center does not work at all, I have lost lights and fans. Since the command center disk that I was sent with my computer didn't work.  When I called DELL the first time, I was 17 days out of warranty.  Needless to say I was a little more than MAD. This has not been an issue until today when I tried to set up a new modem/router from xfintity.  I found out that at some point I booted the networking files off my computer without knowing.

I researched and read 3 hours on command center.  I have done every single option I could find.  I have un installed and installed CC 15 times in the last 20 hours.  I am now totally over it.

Is there an option that will actually work for my computer?  I am willing to save everything I need and wipe this SOB clean if that is an option.  I just know I cant use the disks dell sent me.  If there is anything that anyone knows, please help.  I use my computer for my sign business and with it down, I loose money.  The best part is I still owe a ton of money on this piece and I am to the point of telling them to come and REPO the damn thing.

Here is the specs

You can try to uninstall the command center, flash the BIOS to the latest version you find in the Dell support website and then install the command center one more time that you can download as well from the website.

Thanks Milena.  That is on the menu for today.  I have been saving all my files that I need and I was going to format hard drive and make sure all drivers are loaded in correct order.

So here is where I stand.   Owe dell around 3,000 dollars for my computer. DELL owes me a motherboard for my laptop. I say this because they knowingly sent out a disk that corrupted my motherboard. Then to make sure I was out of warranty I got the BS run around on how to fix it. 2 weeks later oh look computer is out of warranty and "sorry there is nothing we can do".  Ok Dell, time to step up or step out.  I want a new motherboard to put in my alienware M15x.  How is it you will be sending this to me.  In all my infinite wisdom I have researched the legal side of this and it would appear that Dell has admitted through employees enough guilt in this issue that there is legal action that can be taken.  It seems as if there just has not been a large enough push, I am starting that push.
