M17X- R4 BSOD Problem even after reimaging
I have been having a problem with my computer BSODing and I don't know what to do about it, I have had over 20 in the last 2 weeks and it's becoming really irritating. I can't tell if the problem is being caused by drivers or if it is being caused by system files. I can't just send my computer in, because I am using it for work for the next couple of weeks, but the problem seems like it may be getting worse. I have run multiple diagnostics using the alien autopsy in order to find out what is wrong, but nothing turns up. I don't know what to do and I am trying to figure out how to fix this problem because it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem. Also, the website for system drivers is telling me to download and run a driver for an AMD graphics card, which I don't have. I need help, because I have exhausted all of my ideas on how to find things out and troubleshoot the problems I am having, so it will definitely help to get ideas from people who it is their specific job to help me diagnose my problem.

Hi!
I need you to retrieve the BSOD error code so I can help you further. Please follow the instructions on this article to use Blue Screen View and update the thread when you have the information.

Try these troubleshooting steps to help determine the problem:

As far as I can remember, because I kind of just flew on auto-pilot after reimaging, it was before, but I can't be for certain.
If I am wrong, what would your recommendation be?

Two of the multiple causes seem to be my McAfee Driver and NVidia Driver, with some other drivers thrown in there like the Microsoft 6to4 Adapter driver, the FltMgr driver and rdyboost.sys . These seem to be the largest contributers.

Are you saying that once the re-image was done, BEFORE you updated any of the drivers, the BSODs occurred? Or did the BSODs occur after updating drivers?

I have the BIOS A12, I ran an ePSA with no incident and I did the clean boot as explained on that article. I know what programs are causing the BSODs, but I don't know how to fix them, if I should try to reimage it again and then do the drivers in a specific order or if I should try to send in my computer (last resort). After I first got this computer it started freezing and making a noise, I put it back to factory settings and it started BSODing after a while, then I did it again and it is still doing the same thing.

"I know what programs are causing the BSODs"
We need to know what programs.

I've been having problems with this laptop for a lot of the time since I got it in May of last year. I've tried many things in my power to try to fix it, can you get in contact with me so that I can send it in to get fixed and/or replaced? Thank you.

I did it through AlienRespawn. Should I completely re-install windows and start from scratch?

We can only send the computer to depot for repair if we confirm this is a hardware problem. But so far, it seems your issue is more related to software.
When you did the factory restore, did you use AlienRespawn or did you completely re-install Windows? If you re-installed Windows, did you install the drivers in the order specified in this article?

I think that would be a good idea. Let me know how it goes!

So, I reinstalled Windows 7 after formatting the OS partition on my HD. It was doing fine for a couple of days and then it bluescreened again. The stop code was 0x19, Bad_Pool_Header. It was the blink freelist value that was different. I have no clue what is going on with my computer and it's really starting to bother me.

Okay, and I sent her the message and a dude came out to give me new hard drives and RAM, still the same problem, then when trying to install drivers and such the same thing happened and it started Blue screening. I just got back from a deployment and I messaged her back with info regarding this. It is still doing it any nothing has been fixed thus far with the computer and I was wondering if someone could direct me to send my computer in so that your people can fix my laptop, because it's been pretty much useless for the last... 6 or so months and I bought it just last year and it took less than a year to *** out. (This is info for anyone interested and anyone that can possibly help me further).
