a core-2 duo 2.8GHz.

64bit Win7

I tried slowing down the memory GHz in the bios.  That almost worked.  I could get the computer to boot just before the windows logo appears during boot.  I went all the way down to 400Mhz, but then the computer wouldn't start.  It is 1333 by default.
