I think you may have to get tech services to come out again, there is a cable that runs from the "Alienware" logo to a slot on the motherboard just beside the LCD connection, I suspect that this cable is either not connected correctly, is broken or that when the tech serviced your computer they used a non complete LCD assembly that did not have the cable and/or LED light output component, from your previous statement about them supplying a LCD screen without camera and extra's I would guess this to be the issue.
However, when I open my computer or when I wake up my computer from hibernation, the alienware writing lights up (in the color I set in command center beforehand) for a short period (1-3 seconds) then it just goes away and never comes back.
From this, I think the connections are there, I think if they were not, it would not flash anything.
An alienware engineer or technician should surely know what my problem is. Tech guys in Turkey don't have a clue what they are doing. They just constantly replace my mainboard and screen and nothing changes.
Try completely uninstalling command center, reboot your computer and re-install command center, then reboot again, with a little luck it's just a software issue
While suggesting solutions, could you please consider that my mainboard and screen has been changed for several times and the result was the same. If I call tech , they will keep replacing. Can anyone give me a pinpoint diagnostics of my situation?
The light flashes for 1-3 second, so we know there is at least a connection. But why does it not keep on ? That's the problem

Hello Dracillus!
We might need to check the LCD again; maybe the wire was not plug in.
Send me a PM with the service tag and a brief description of the problem so I can check if there is something I can do for you.

Time to get a service tech out, it really sounds like you have a loose connection or faulty cable/LED display component
