Hi!

To confirm this is an overheating problem, monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures using HWmonitor. Check the temperatures on idle and during stress and post a reply with the results.

too confirm its probably not the temp, i finally turned the graphics card on, and working, turned on temp monitor. recorded standing temp at 68' as i ran stress, temp unchanged but it black screened, rebooted, windows, welcome sign then black screened on start up. cbios reset. Bios couldn't detect graphics. (both of them) attempted factory restore as said that would help. and as soon as i installed the nvidia driver that came with the laptop. turned the graphics card over it (fn+f7)  black screened again. haha what a way too spend a sat evening. any info would be appreciated. sorry about the lack on info. just re-installed windows and my WiFi driver to send email.
